Thank you for your interest in volunteering at K-Days!

Our volunteers help make K-Days the best 10 days of summer and we can’t thank you enough!

K-Days as a Volunteer

Here’s a look at the Volunteer positions, see where you may help out and make a difference. Your enthusiasm will help us make K-Days special for everyone who attends.

Volunteer Positions

Arrival Ambassadors:

Greet our guests at the entrance to our grounds and provide them with all the information necessary for a quality entertainment experience during their visit to the grounds. This is an outside position come rain or shine.

Courtesy Vehicle Drivers:

Courtesy Vehicle drivers are ambassadors of the organization. We are looking for experienced confident drivers with knowledge of our city to transfer guests between the Edmonton EXPO Centre, hotels and the airport.

The KidSport Activity:

Your duties will include collecting funds/donations from guests to participate in the hardest shot, throw, or kick activity. Volunteers will be on their feet for the majority of the shift retrieving balls that are kicked, shot, and thrown at the radar gun. Volunteers will also be asked to update the hardest throw, kick, and shot signage board. Proceeds from the activity support KidSport Edmonton.

Makers Exhibition Monitors/Move-in/out:

K-Days will feature our second Makers Exhibition showcasing and celebrating local makers, creators, artists and producers of all ages! Whether it’s a passion, hobby, side-hustle, kid art or prototype, we want to showcase Alberta’s talent, from art to horticulture.

Come and be part of this program whether helping judges or entrants. Some positions are pre-event.
