EDMONTON, AB – The 2017 K-Days is packed full of new food, wild rides, educational attractions, cultural experiences, rodeo action, exciting shows and live music for 10 days straight.

K-Days Parade

The K-Days Parade kicks off all things K-Days on July 21 at 10 a.m. The parade route will run through the heart of downtown this year. It begins at 97 St. and Jasper Ave., travels west down Jasper Ave. and finishes at 108 St.

The theme of this year’s parade is Canada 150 – keep an eye out for colour, memorabilia, flags and more to celebrate a very significant birthday for our country. We encourage parade attendees to use public transportation when they head to to K-Days following the Parade.

K-Days Rodeo

For the first weekend of K-Days, wrangle up the family and head to Northlands Coliseum to cheer on cowboys and cowgirls as they compete for a more than $400,000 purse and a chance to qualify for the Canadian Finals Rodeo in November. Each competitor only gets one shot to become champion in each of their events: Bareback Riding, Steer Wrestling, Team Roping, Saddle Bronc Riding, Tie-Down Roping, Ladies Barrel Racing and Bull Riding. The K-Days Rodeo is included in your K-Days gate admission. Guests can guarantee a seat with an advance ticket purchase, or seating is first come first served when opting-in for tickets on the grounds.
